In our YouTube/Facebook/Twitter/ and any other great social media platform we have at our fingertips, we have been disabled. We have been given the opportunity to not only promote ourselves and our beliefs, but also the ability to filter out anything that slightly opposes them.
This enables us to be exclusive. Don’t get me wrong, exclusivity has its place, but that place is very small in the grand scheme of things. Think about it…everything that is marketed as an ‘exclusive special’ or ‘exclusive offer’ has one thing in common, it includes the consumer. So its not really exclusive its an inclusive product with some exclusive functionality.
Case-N-Point: I dare you to try and create an environment that’s all inclusive for clients, employees, and businesses. You will find out that an inclusive approach yields exclusive results.
